The perfect location for pre-dinner drinks, The Cube offers a range of fabulous festive options – whether you’re looking to party or are the designated driver.

Rodizio Rico specialises in Brazilian food and exotic cocktails. The Caipirinha is its signature mix, or you could try the Brazilian Sour, made with Buffalo’s Trace Bourbon, lemon juice and sugar.

If modern Japanese classics are your thing, Shogun Teppan-Yaki is renowned for its excellent sushi selection and the theatrical teppan-yaki tables, all washed down with a traditional sip of sake or – of course – a pot of tea.

Bardolino is definitely the hot spot for bellinis. This new, relaxed dining venue offers a range of bellini options, including the Bardolino Cooler, a fresh basil garnished blend of prosecco, raspberry puree and limoncello.

Head to Level 25 for the Laurent Perrier Champagne bar if you have a taste for the fizz, or sample a full range of wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and mocktails at the famous Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill. Drivers won’t feel neglected with the Apple and Ginger Mojito – mint, lime juice, apple juice and ginger beer.

Chic French coffee shop Madeleine is the continental heart of The Cube, serving up sublime cappuccino, macchiato and mocha latte, as well as a range of teas, alongside its extensive breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea menu.

And not forgetting Geisha, which includes private booths and VIP sections for an elite evening experience, with a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails.
